Sabbatical Vibrations Retreats offers a variety of programs. Choose one of our existing retreats or consult with Sarah to build a retreat program for your group. Most retreats are available virtually or in-person.
Lunch & Learn Sessions
Mini-Retreats are scheduled over the lunch hour, providing an opportunity for busy professionals to pause at a convenient time for learning, mindfulness practices, and self-reflection.
Audience: Corporate or business teams, small business owners, solopreneurs

Corporate Team Retreats
Retreats are scheduled with teams as part of the employee wellness program or for team building. Each retreat program has a component of mindful-living, yet varied topics may be incorporated. Mini-Retreats are an option to explore a topic in a shorter session (1-2 hours.) Standard Retreat sessions range in length from 4-6 hours. Formats will include a variety of activities: presentation, small and large group discussion, mindfulness practice, and personal reflection.
