Description
Ingredients: Unbleached all-purpose flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), butter (pasteurized cream), sugar, egg, yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid), less than 2% of sea salt, diastatic malt powder (wheat flour, malted barley flour, cane sugar).
Cream filling: butter (pasteurized cream), shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ and citric acid), confectioners sugar (sugar, corn starch), less than 2% of vanilla (vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol), sea salt.
Strawberry filling: strawberries, sugar & cream filling.
Nutella* filling: sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk, whey, lecithin as emulsifier (soy), vanillin & cream filling.
